We have real pleasure in offering this superbly presented two-bedroomed, two-bathroomed villa in the popular community of El Rancho, in La Manga Club Resort.

A row of Mediterranean-style houses with yellow stucco walls, terracotta roof tiles, and decorative chimney stacks. A pathway leads to one house entrance, and there are small potted plants and a garden area in the yard.

The property has a modern, open plan layout across the ground floor which sympathetically retains a splash of rustic charm and character thanks to the exposed wooden beams and a natural stone fireplace. 

With multiple terraces positioned around the property there is plenty of opportunity to seek out the sun all day long and ample space to create separate areas for dining and soaking up the sun.

These aspects of this cosy and comfortable, yet fresh and practical holiday space are all, of course set against the exquisite views which span across La Manga Club and beyond Lion Mountain towards the not too distant Mar Menor Sea.
